Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. There is no minimum order value.
Processing and delivery times
To give you a realistic and transparent overview, our delivery times are structured as follows:
- Order cut-off time: Monday to Friday at 2:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time (handling time): 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Shipping providers: Royal Mail, DHL, or DPD
- Transit time: 7–9 working days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated total delivery time: 8–11 working days from receipt of your order
In exceptional cases (e.g., customs clearance or high shipping volume), slight delays may occur that are outside our direct control.

Customs duties, taxes and fees
United Kingdom: All customs duties and taxes are already included in the price. There are no additional costs upon delivery.
Shipping confirmation & shipment tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note it may take a few hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery problems, loss, or damage
Should your shipment be lost in transit or arrive damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund. For damaged shipments, please provide clear photos so we can process your request quickly.
