These shipping guidelines apply to all orders placed with Johnson London. By placing your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We currently deliver to the following country:

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to all our target markets.

There are no minimum order quantities.

Processing and delivery times

To give you a realistic and transparent overview, our delivery times are structured as follows:

• Order cut-off time: Monday to Friday at 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
• Processing time (handling time): 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Shipping providers: Royal Mail, DHL or DPD
• Transit time: 7–9 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Estimated total delivery time: 8–11 working days from receipt of order

Please note that all products undergo a production process and are therefore subject to processing time. In exceptional cases (e.g., customs clearance or high shipping volume), slight delays may occur over which we have no direct control.

Customs duties, taxes and fees

United Kingdom: All customs duties and taxes are already included in the price. There are no additional costs for you upon delivery.

Shipping confirmation & shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery problems, loss or damage

Should your shipment be lost in transit or arrive damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Depending on the situation, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

In case of damaged shipments, please provide us with informative photos for quick processing.
