This Cookie Policy explains how Johnson London, operated by N.V.L. Online ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit johnson-london.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve your browsing experience, and to provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and local storage perform comparable functions, and we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to function. They enable core features such as adding items to your basket, proceeding through checkout, and keeping your session secure. Because the site cannot work properly without them, they cannot be switched off through our consent tools.

Functional Cookies

These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make, such as your language or region, so we can provide a more personalised experience. They are not essential, but they improve how the site works for you.

Performance and Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website by collecting information on a pooled, statistical basis. This helps us improve the way the site works, for example by identifying which pages are most useful. Where required, these are only set with your consent.

Marketing and Advertising Cookies

These cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, where applicable, to show relevant content. Where required, these are only set with your consent.

Cookies Set by Our Platform and Service Providers

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, and some cookies are set by Shopify to operate the store, process orders securely, and prevent fraud. We may also use trusted third-party services for analytics, order tracking, and payment processing, and these providers may set their own cookies. We do not control cookies set by third parties, and you should review their own privacy and cookie notices for details.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

Where consent is required, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies when you first visit the site and change your choice at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies and blocking future ones. Please note that if you disable strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the website—including checkout—may not work correctly.

Most browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings menu. Guidance for the most common browsers is available on their respective help pages.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for legal and operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
