You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for a return

  • The items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Return with labels and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or other receipt required
  • There are no return fees.

Return shipping costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items:

  • We will fully cover the return shipping costs.
  • In many cases, a return is not necessary.
  • We offer free replacement or a full refund.

Returns for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong choice):

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs.
  • There are no return fees.

This is how the return process works

1. Contacting us: Contact our customer service by email at support@johnson-london.com, stating your order number.

2. Packaging Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging.

3. Returns After your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the package. The return shipping label must be arranged by the customer. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We accept exchanges. Returning the item you received is the quickest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods:

  • Processing time: within 7 working days
  • Payment method: Refund via the originally used payment method
  • Currency: Refund in the original currency (GBP)

You will be notified once your return has been processed and whether the refund has been approved. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear in your account.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
